At TimeWise Cooking, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward refund process. Please read the following guidelines to understand our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original packaging and in unused and resalable condition.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

Gift cards or promotional items.
Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Products returned more than 60 days after the delivery date.

How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@timewisecooking.shop to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and details of your request.

Return Instructions: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address where the product should be shipped.

Ship the Product: Send the item back to us in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that were part of the purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund in the following manner:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a processing delay.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or version, we recommend requesting a refund for the original item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@timewisecooking.shop. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund for the damaged item, including any shipping costs.
